Atlántico Boutique Hotel

When we arrived at The Atlantico Hotel we asked to see the room because the neighborhood and the hotel were very rundown and we had concerns. When we went to see the room, the walls were dirty, the refrigerator rusted inside, and the bathroom light and mirror were broken. There was a bug on the bed and there were stains everywhere. We went back down immediately and told the receptionist that we didn’t want to stay here. He said too bad, there’s nothing I can do, we will charge you for 3 nights. We asked for a manager and he said there wasn’t one but would call. We waited 29 mins and no help. We told him again that the pictures didn't reflect the condition of the hotel. He said he couldn’t help. We decided to leave and find a new hotel as it was getting late fast. They charged us for 3 nights. Stay away from this place.

Hotelito muy acogedor y muy luminoso. Bien situado y sin problema de aparcamiento.
La habitación amueblada en blanco, moderna, no muy grande pero cómoda. Sólo añadiría algún tipo de mueble para poder abrir las maletas porque sólo quedaba la posibilidad de dejarlas abiertas en el suelo.
El personal, encantador.

Bien, relación calidad precio (siempre teniendo en cuenta lo carísimo que es todo en Punta del Este).

Disappointing two night stay in this hotel.

While some of the common areas look recently renovated, our room on the top floor was very small with grubby fittings. The smell of some type of pungent lemon cleaning product was overpowering despite all the windows being open.

The walls are so thin that conversations and other noise could be heard, even from across the corridor. The rooms at the front overlook a bus stop and the buses are very regular from very early in the morning.

Breakfast wasn’t bad and the staff were nice.

El hotel es hermoso muy buena relación entre precio y calidad. Se encuentra cerca del puerto donde hay muchos restaurantes y bares. La habitación es pequeña (chic room) pero muy linda y la cama y almohadas muy confortables. La presión de la ducha excelente y brindan secador de cabello. El desayuno buenísimo y hay por la tarde café, té y limonada con algo dulce de cortesía.
Igualmente yo destacaría la EXCELENTE atención y predisposición de TODO el personal del hotel, siempre muy amables y atentos. Lo súper recomiendo!!!

We like the hotel. Very clean and organized. Reasonable breakfast. The location is very good, close to the busiest part of the city, but in a very quiet area. The pool area is very pleasant on a sunny day.

They sent you to lower categories room without refund, tourist be aware. They say is a problem of organization, room paid was busy. They kept my money without refunding me the difference. The first night they sent me to a lower category room, I had paid for a superior category with a sea view. The views are partial to the sea. Breakfast is buffet. Everything clean and comfortable. The pool is only heated in summer. It had a lot of chlorine. Drinks in bar are expensive and lower quality brand for the price.

Ein nettes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Alles ist sauber, das Frühstück ist gut. Die Zimmer sind recht klein. Man findet nicht einmal Platz, um den Koffer abzustellen. Der steht immer im Weg. Das Hotel liegt schön in der Altstadt, nah am Leuchtturm und ist daher sehr ruhig. In unserem Reiseführer stand, dass fast alle Zimmer Meerblick haben - sehr schlecht recherchiert. Weniger als die Hälfte hat Meerblick - wir hatten Wandblick, aber wir waren ja auch nicht dort, um aus dem Fenster zu schauen.
Nachmittags gibt es in der Lounge kostenlos Kaffee und Tee!

Cet hotel est bien situé Il a été rénové Son problème c est le manque d espace dans plusieurs chambres Nous avions une chambre sans mobilier avec une salle de bain tellement petite !! Toilette derrière la porte Pas de comptoir pour déposer un verre d eau De plus le déjeûner était moyen Mais un personnel gentil et une piscine attrayante Et c est propre

Hotel boutique molto bello. Aspetto molto caraibico soprattutto nei colori dove prevale nettamente il bianco. Molto gentile il personale sia della reception che della piscina. Camere carine anche se non enormi, ma con tutto ciò che serve dalla cassaforte al frigo. Bellissima la location proprio sulla punta dove svetta il faro di Punta del Este. Ottima posizione, tranquilla ma alle stesso tempo ben posizionato per raggiungere le zone più movimentate. Consigliatissimo!!!!!!

Dieses Boutique Hotel hat zwar reichlich kleine Zimmer, aber die Lage ist super, das Frühstück sehr gut und vor allem die Rezeptionisten ausgesprochen hilfreich. Das Hotel kann ich sehr empfehlen. Das Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt.

Il punto di forza di questo hotel è sicuramente la posizione: in mezzo alla penisola, cioè la parte "storica" di Punta del Este, dove ci sono ancora solo belle villette e niente palazzoni, ma soprattutto niente traffico! Quartiere tranquillo e silenzioso completamente circondato dal mare, in pochi passi si raggiunge il porto dove ci sono vari ristoranti o la strada principale cioè la via dello shopping.
Altro punto a favore: l'hotel è piccolo perciò niente via vai di gente E poi è carino e giovane, sia nello stile semplice e pulito, sia per l'età media del personale.
Ci sono varie categorie di stanze. La standard con bagno cieco va bene solo per un paio di notti, ma non per un soggiorno più lungo. Noi avevamo la 214, standard di dimensioni normali, bagno grande e finestrato.
Ottimo buffet della colazione con varie torte, affettati e formaggi, uova, bacon, tanta frutta fresca tagliata e soprattutto un delizioso pane fresco croccante.
La piscina è piccolina, ma è un punto di ristoro quando si rientra dopo le calde giornate in giro per l'Uruguay. L'hotel noleggia bici e attrezzatura da spiaggia. Il bar è attrezzato per servirsi liberamente di tè e caffè per tutto il pomeriggio. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. Noi ci siamo stati per 7 notti come base per visitare una parte dell'Uruguay e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Certo che magari in alcuni particolari pecca per la mancanza di manutenzione, ma nel complesso è un buon hotel e visto gli albergoni che ci sono a Punta del Este direi che questo è sicuramente il migliore per rapporto qualità prezzo

Wir waren 6 Nächte hier in einer Suite mit Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Küchenecke (Mikrowelle, Teller, Besteck, Gläser und Kühlschrank). Alles tiptop sauber. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und kinderlieb. Das Frühstück von 8:00 bis 12:00 Uhr war sehr gut, schöner Pool mit Garten und Bar. Die Lage auch gut in der Nähe vom Leuchtturm, Hafen und Strand.

Hotel boutique dont la décoration est épurée, dans l'esprit art déco. Accueil sympathique, piscine très agréable, décoration originale et bar avec restauration rapide et de qualité, chambre lumineuse de bonne dimension, confortable, et propre, personnel agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, et goûter.

Äusserlich unauffälliger Zweckbau fussläufig zum Wasser/Hafen in knapp 10 Minuten in eher ruhiger Gegend. Das Standardzimmer eher klein aber okay. Kostenloser Tresor. Gutes Wlan. Hatte im dritten Stock Meerblick. Das Zimmer ist nett eingerichtet. Die Matraze ohne Auffälligkeit. Das Bad sauber. Leider ist es hellhörig bei Nachbarn und das Fenster jetzt im Frühling nicht ganz dicht. (im Sommer sicher egal) Auch die Zimmertür hellhörig. Zu genau sollte man nicht gucken sonst entdeckt man Renovierungsbedarf. Das Frühstück fand ich sehr gut (für drei Sterne). Rührei， guter Orangensaft, Obst, Auswahl.
Gut bis sehr gut die nette Atmosphäre im Hotel. Aussenparkplätze kostenlos vor dem Haus. Netter Aufenthaltsraum. Kleiner apool mit Garten. Hilfsbereite freundliche Mitarbeiter bei fragen. Die Fotos sind etwas schöner als die Realität. Dennoch ist das Haus empfehlenswert. Nur eben nicht mehr erwarten als drei Sterne. Dann ist es gut.

Super nettes Personal, sehr stylisches Hotel und gepflegte Anlage. Fahrradverleih direkt ab Hotel gegen geringe Gebühr möglich. Überdurchschnittliches Frühstück. Die Atmosphäre am Pool hat uns besonders gut gefallen (Musikliste des Barkeepers). Die Preise für die Getränke sind allerdings leider sehr hoch!

L'hotel differisce dall'idea che da il sito internet. In realtà è piuttosto vecchio, mentre sul sito sembra un hotel nuovo di zecca e la piscina è minuscola!
Si trova abbastanza vicino al centro, però in una strada un po' buia ed isolata.
La colazione è discreta, mentre non c'è possibilità di mangiare assolutamente nulla (il bar chiude) dopo le 20.00.
Le stanze non sono tanto grandi e nel frigobar non è presente nulla.

Si prega di scrivere una recensione di questo hotel. Al suo parere , stiamo scoprendo la possibilità di estendere la barra di pianificazione.

ottima posizione sulla penisola... hotel carino con bella piscina riscaldata esterna... buona la colazione...camere abbastanza belle (mancano armadi decenti!)...bagni piccoli... prezzo alto per la qualità ma come tutto a punta del este...consigliato

Nous avons passé un séjour de 4 jours très agréable dans cet hôtel; notre chambre très lumineuse disposait d'une terrasse donnant sur la piscine.

Nos avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel qui s'est avéré très serviable au cours de notre séjour.

Nous avons profité de la piscine chauffée (très agréable le soir après une bonne journée) et de la location de vélos.

Un bar est présent directement à proximité de la piscine dont nous n'avons malheureusement pas profité car hors saison probablement.

Salle de bain entièrement équipée et bien conçue et terrasse très appréciable!

L'hôtel est situé à la pointe de Punta del este, ce qui permet d'accéder au centre très rapidement (restaurants, bars, commerces et "boliches") aussi bien qu'aux plages de la Barra.
Des plages de stationnement se trouvent facilement à côté de l'hôtel.

L'hôtel mérite bien ses 3 étoiles et j'y retournerai avec un plaisir non dissimulé!

Certes ce n'est pas excessif ( pour la ville) mais ce n'est pas exceptionnel.
Les chambres sont très petites et souvent placées à des endroits bruyants ( route, climatisation extérieure).
C'est tristounet, cela passe pour un petit séjour mais je ne le recommande pas vraiment.

j'ai réservé cette chambre au vue de la photo "vue mer" publiée sur le site de réservation : chambre "terrace chic". Déjà, le mot "chic" signifie autre chose en Uruguay car ici rien de chic. A l'arrivée : grosse déception , on me propose une chambre au rez de chaussée - vue rue mais avec terrasse !!! ridicule. J'ai finalement eu une chambre au 1ier étage avec vue sur un horrible immeuble en face et sur une rue bruyante - déprimant. Quand à la terrasse, elle est sans intérêt avec une table et 2 chaises abandonnées dans un coin. En général, quand une terrasse est mentionnée , c'est pour la vue spéciale sur mer ou sur la ville.
la chambre est petite, blanche et la salle de bains idem - Hotel sans charme et sans intérêt donc très cher pour le prix payé

We are very sorry we were not able to fill your expectations and the misunderstanding about the type of the rooms.
The room with a terrace (chic with terrace) does not say it has a view. We usually don't have problems with this room, as in the details of the rooms in our web page or others online travel agencies, it clearly sais the room has a terrace, not a sea view.
The hotel also offers other rooms with terrace and sea view but this is not that type of room.

.We work very hard to make our guests enjoy our hotel, and spend great days with us.

Unfortunately that was not possible in this case, and we apologize once again.

I would have liked meeting you to discuss this problem personally and offer you another option of rooms. Maybe next time?
